If you believe that your venture qualifies for Space Angels Network, we invite you to submit an application. Here is what you can expect:

• Apply. You must submit your application online. We use a third-party web platform provided by Angelsoft, so you will be taken to a new window at one of their URLs specifically dedicated to Space Angels Network. Please note that there is a $100 non-refundable application fee.
• Review. Once your application has been submitted, our staff and Review Committee will look it over to make sure that it is complete and that it meets all of our criteria.
• Acceptance. Once the Review Committee approves your application, we will immediately add your venture to our online deal database, which is accessible to all of our members. We will also include a brief description of your venture in the next e-newsletter we distribute to our membership.
• Venture Forums. If you are selected, you will have the opportunity to present at one of our semi-annual Aerospace Venture Forums. You will receive coaching from a dedicated investment team, as well as valuable post-screening feedback from the investor attendees.
• Contact. If one or more of our members is interested in your venture, they will contact you directly (or ask our staff to contact you on their behalf). We do NOT act as a broker, recommend investment opportunities, or conduct due diligence.
• Investment. You will work directly with interested members to negotiate deal terms and finalize any investment. We do NOT participate in the investment process or receive any compensation for closed deals.
