Josh Schrager is the founder and CEO of VoiceRite which he started in 1986 in his first year of college. He is a visionary entrepreneur, responsible for product strategy and company direction.
In 1988 Josh built one of the world’s first fax-on-demand systems, 1992 he created one of the first Unified Communications platforms which helped 50,000 IBM employees become mobile workers. POET integrated IBM’s office telephones, wireless pagers, and fax servers, with OfficeVision, IBM’s mainframe e-mail solution. Twenty years later IBM’s CIO is VoiceRite’s largest customer, with VoiceRite managing over 500 servers globally, in the area of Unified Communications.
Mr. Schrager has provided vision, direction and support to the largest fortune 1000 companies with their contact center, voice response and unified communications systems.
